Rumours: “Ashlee Simpson-Wentz’s Co-Stars Anger”
Ashlee Simpson-Wentz has reportedly outraged her new Chicago co-stars – after snubbing her castmates at an after-party for her Broadway debut.
The singer-turned-actress recently landed a role on the New York stage as Roxie Hart, the part she played on London’s West End in 2006.
The 25 year old’s Monday night debut was toasted by her rocker husband Pete Wentz, sister Jessica Simpson and dad Joe, who joined her for the after-party at Manhattan’s Time Hotel.
But the starlet has already gotten off to a rocky start with other singers and dancers on the show, after barricading her family from the rest of the cast in “a makeshift Vip section”, reports the New York Post.
A castmember, who refuses to be named, tells the publication, “It’s not like this is a club in L.A. She has to perform with us for two months.”

What a surprise: false rumours again
Rumours about Ashlee and Pete having issues in their marriage are all untrue. Their representative says they are not arguing over their finances at all. Rumours of a while ago said that their relationship was becoming strained because of Ashlees ‘shopping habits’.

Guess what! Clothing line: The Ashlee Simpson Collection?
I guess the Broadway debut was only to get us warmed up: Ashlee has another project coming up! A source told Star Magazine that Ashlee wants to start a clothing line. “She wants it to be both preppy and punk rock. She thinks she can really succeed in fashion.”

All the rumours about Ashlee’s departure
There are a lot of rumours about the reason why Ashlee will not be part of the Melrose Place cast anymore. The show’s executive producer told press that it was the original plan that Ashlee’s part in the show was a short-lived gig and Ashlee, ofcourse, knew about this. Her comment was:
“Having the chance to play Violet on Melrose Place has been a thrill. Although I always knew her story would come to a final, insanely unpredictable end, playing a creepy, unstable character was something I always wanted to do, so I jumped at the chance. Thanks to the CW and the entire cast and crew of Melrose Place for allowing me this opportunity.”
Later, there were articles posted on the internet with content you could call the opposite of the above.
An insider: “Ashlee didn’t see it coming, and now she’s crushed. She invested her heart and soul into the job. She feels like the rug has been pulled out from under her. She is struggling to hold her marriage together, dealing with motherhood and practically starving herself to look good. Ashlee’s friends are concerned that she’s headed for an emotional meltdown. She was desperate to establish herself as a serious actress, but now she’s worried that she’s failing.”
Even though the executive producer of the show had already given the reason for Ashlee’s departure, rumours are spreading that Ashlee was fired because she could not act. “They hired her because they needed a good name to help create buzz. But she was embarrassingly bad. Producers cut her down as much as possible.”
As if this wasn’t enough, another spreading rumour is that Ashlee got kicked off because of her ‘diva behaviour’. “Ashlee was kicked off ‘Melrose Place’ because she was a total diva on set, late all the time, and deeply disliked by fellow cast members. It created a lot of discord among the cast. She could barely act,” the source said.
How much crazier will it get?
I will end this post with one last rumour about Ashlee’s departure.
There’s this rumour that says that Heather Locklear had Ashlee Simpson fired from the show. “Heather was jealous of Ashlee immediately. She knew Ashlee was one of the bigger names on set, and she wanted her gone so she could make it her show. Heather is very political and calculating…”
A source also revealed that producers desperately wanted Heather Locklear to reprise her role, but couldn’t afford her salary demands without cutting someone.
It’s insane how people can make up things. I hate rumours.

Ashlee talking on her birthday

[Ashlee Simpson] surprised pool partiers after posing alongside her sister, then retreating out of sight, only to return seconds later with husband Pete Wentz. Instead of having a girls’ weekend in Las Vegas, the Fall Out Boy rocker took a break from his tour to be with his wife on her birthday.
So much for the couple wanting to take some time off.
Yet Star Magazine suggested on Friday that the couple was definitely on the outs and hinted at a possible off-camera affair on the set of Simpson Wentz’s show.
“Ashlee is giddy over Colin (Egglesfield),” Star said, and “her husband is jealous.” “The two have been fighting worse than ever,” the story claimed.
The story cited a so-called “’Melrose’ set source” as saying, “On a few occasions, she broke down in sobs after angry phone calls.”
Yet Egglesfield seemed to be the furthest thing from Simpson-Wentz’ mind yesterday; her real-life hubby was the only one she was being “overly flirty” with at MGM Grand.
“I’m very happy in the moment I’m in,” she told the Sun. “My whole family’s here … the whole nine yards. It’s good to celebrate this with everyone.”
In addition to her husband and big sister, her 10-month-old son, Bronx Mowgli; mother, Tina Simpson; and notorious father/manager, Joe Simpson, came to Las Vegas yesterday to mark her birthday.
After what proved to be a whirlwind year, the petite brunette said she had a lot to celebrate.
“I had such a great year … it was definitely the best year of my life, “ she said. “I had, you know, a child and got married.”

“I came in today from tour, I’ve been on the road with my husband,” Simpson-Wentz said.
The 25-year-old was only here for the day, but did her best “to relax and enjoy (her) friends and family” during the brief trip.
Unlike many of the celebrities who are in town this weekend, the singer-turned-actress said a trip to the “Biggest Tattoo Show on Earth” at Mandalay Bay was not part of her itinerary.
“I didn’t even know there was a tattoo show … but I think I’m good on tattoos for now,” the already-inked starlet said.
“I’m (just) here for the day,” she noted, explaining, “We’re going to go home tonight so Bronx can be in bed.”
Though she insisted she didn’t want any birthday gifts, she didn’t wait to return home before opening her presents.
“My friends are so thoughtful with their gifts,” she said. “I didn’t ask for anything but my husband, on the first day of this week, I came to meet him on tour and he got me these amazing Channel shoes with pearls on them.”
“They’re amazing and really hard to find and beautiful,” she gushed. “(But) I don’t need a gift, I’m happy.”
“He gave me some other gifts that were between us,” she smiled.
While the birthday girl enjoyed the brief break in Las Vegas, Simpson-Wentz said her family and career have been keeping her pleasantly busy.
“Right now I’m focused on the show and on Bronx, my son, and my husband and my life,” she said. “It’s so exciting and it’s so lovely.”

Ashlee Simpson: Flirtatious on the Set?
While “Melrose Place” is hot and steamy between Ashlee Simpson-Wentz and Colin Egglesfield during filming, recent reports tell that real life is getting more intimate between the two, also.
Tabloid fodder tells that, in between filming, Ashlee was flirting with Colin while husband Pete Wentz was on tour.
While playing a scandalous Violet Foster, Ashlee was dressed only in a robe and kept grabbing Colin’s hand and hugging him. An insider tells Star magazine, “They hung out together for hours. She giggled nonstop and did the whole hair-flip thing.”
Ashlee has always thought Colin, who plays Auggie Kickpatrick, was attractive and a friend says, “One of the first things Ash said was, ‘The guy who plays Auggie is really hot.”
But while Ashlee has her fun, husband Pete is jealous. The two have been fighting at their top over him and it’s even said to be starting to affect her work.
Sources tell that, on the set, she has even broken down in sobs after angry phone calls.

I already saw the tweets between Ashlee and Perez Hilton, I also read the article Perez wrote, but I didn’t post it yet because it was all too unclear. Now there’s tons of articles about it, here’s two of them.
Perez Hilton pissing off celebs? Stop the presses!
The infamous blogger got all giddy reporting over the weekend that Ashlee Simpson-Wentz and hubby Pete Wentz had a huge public spat Saturday at the one-year anniversary of his Chicago bar, Angels and Kings.
Hilton quoted eyewitnesses who reported that a supposedly boozed-up Simpson-Wentz instigated the row, telling the father of her child he was acting “horrible.” And, said Perez’s witness, “She made him leave his own party early.”
But Ashlee’s calling BS on the report via a Twitter offensive.
Making it clear that there was no bad blood with her beloved, she first tweeted her love to the Fall Out Boy frontman: “I had so much fun with ur parents last night. Thanx for dedicating the dj set to me. Love you more magic. I miss u already.”
She then went after the gossip hound with a vengeance.
“When all you do is make up untrue stories—look in the mirror. Do you even feel human?? Karma is a bitch. Your story is WAY off,” she wrote.
No doubt will.i.am can vouch for that.
Hilton, who’s taken to referring to Jessica’s little sis as “Ass” and “Asslee,” fired back with his own Twitter volley.
To Pete, Perez offered mock sympathy: “Sorry to hear what Ashlee put you through last night.”
He then suggested to the 24-year-old I Am Me crooner that he knows plenty of rehab facilities in Malibu she can check into and defended his sourcing.
“I don’t wanna name names and get people fired but several of the people I spoke with work at Angels & Kings. I’m not wrong,” he wrote.
“WRONG,” replied Ashlee. “My husband is an amazing dj and was dedicating songs to me. We were just havin fun. Our love is amazing. Get ur own life.”

Los Angeles – Ashlee Simpson-Wentz called her husband “horrible” during a drunken public argument.
The Outta My Head star is said to have rowed with Fall Out Boy rocker Pete Wentz during his DJ set at his Chicago bar Angels and Kings at a party to mark the first-year anniversary of the venue on Saturday.
After aiming a series of barbed comments at Pete, Ashlee insisted he take her home early.
A source told gossip blogger Perez Hilton: “Pete was in the DJ booth when Ashlee came up completely wasted and yelled at him to leave.
“They fought, she told him he was horrible in front of a whole group of people and made him leave his own party early. So they make a scene and leave the bar.”
Completely drunk
Sources say Ashlee was “beyond drunk” and the pair continued to argue as they left.
When someone tried to take a photo of the couple, Ashlee “chased the guy down the street and made him erase the pictures”.
The couple – who have a 10-month-old son Bronx – were then ushered into a car by their security team and taken home.
Ashlee, 24, has since denied she and 30-year-old Pete rowed at the bar.

Writing on her Twitter page she tells Perez: “Your story is WAY off. my husband is an amazing dj and was dedicating songs to me. We were just havin fun. Our love is amazing. (sic)”
Perez insisted the story was accurate, posting on his own micro blog: “I don’t want to name names and get people fired but several of the people I spoke with work at Angels and Kings. I’m not wrong.”
This is not the first time Ashlee has been caught up in a drunken altercation.
In June, the singer had a public row with Pete’s ex-girlfriend Michelle Trachtenberg during a night out in Los Angeles.
A source said at the time: “Ashlee was staring directly at Michelle and started hurling insults at her.
“She was grinding up on Pete like a stripper. It was actually pretty disgusting!”
Ashlee later apologised for her behaviour.

Ashlee Simpson-Wentz not interested in Jackson covers album
Singer/actress ASHLEE SIMPSON-WENTZ is baffled by reports she’s recording an album of MICHAEL JACKSON covers, insisting she has no intention of doing so.
The star was alleged to be hitting the studio to pay her own tribute to the late King of Pop by giving fans her own take on some of his most famous songs as she tries to revive her flagging pop career.
But Simpson insists she would never attempt to remake a Jackson classic, because she has too much respect for the superstar.
She writes on her Twitter.com page, “Haha jeez. I loved MJ enough 2 (sic) never in my wildest dreams think of doing a tribute album. R.I.P. A legend. Enough with the goofy stories!”

Pete, Ashlee, Joel Madden, John Mayer and Kevin Spacey vs. Perez Hilton
Days after he was allegedly punched by the Black Eyed Peas’ manager, Perez Hilton got into a virtual tussle of sorts with Fall Out Boy’s Pete Wentz about Michael Jackson’s death.
Even Ashlee Simpson Wentz, Good Charlotte’s Joel Madden, John Mayer and actor Kevin Spacey got in the middle of it.
It seemed the only person missing was Keyser Soze.
Hilton originally called the news of Jackson’s medical emergency “dubious.” Madden has linked to Hilton’s first post on his Twitter. The original Hilton post has a photo of Jackson with the comment “Heart attack or cold feet?” written on it. The post has since been edited to remove the following:
“We are dubious!! Jacko pulled a similar stunt when he was getting ready for his big HBO special in ’95 when he ‘collapsed’ at rehearsal!! He was dragging his heels on that just like his upcoming 50 date London residency at the 02 Arena, of which he already postponed the first few dates!!!
“Either he’s lying or making himself sick, but we’re curious to see if he’s able to go on!!! Get your money back, ticket holders!!!!”
After Jackson’s passing, Hilton Tweeted the following: “To the paparazzi and mainstream media, PLEASE give the Jackson family space. Please. We DO NOT need to see pictures or videos of them now!”
Wentz then had a go at Hilton for his quick change of heart.
“u can’t make ur life tearing someone apart, who is a human being, and then flip on a dime and say respect and mourn him,” Wentz Tweeted. Wentz then added: “essentially that’s what you do. Recanting after someone passes doesn’t mean shit in my book. I have no beef. But mj was a legend.”
“I’m not recanting. He was FAR from a perfect person. EVERYONE can acknowledge that,” Hilton retorted.
From there, John Mayer and Ashlee Simpson-Wentz also added similar comments to support Wentz.
“You and Ashlee and John must really think I’m a monster. I’m not trying to change your opinions. Nor do I care to,” Hilton Tweeted. “But if someone dies, I’m not gonna fucking celebrate that! Even ‘monsters’ have feelings.”
“so ur saying u don’t know him as a person but say he was far from a perfect person. That’s the disconnect I’m talking about,” Wentz replied.
“He WAS,” Hilton responded. “This man was accused of being inappropriate with children MULTIPLE times!”
From there, Kevin Spacey entered the fray regarding rumours of Jeff Goldblum’s death which were being reported.
“Jeff Goldblum is alive and well. I just spoke to his manager. Stop these stupid rumors,” Spacey said in a comment that was aimed at Hilton on his Twitter.
The dispute then died down between both parties.

‘Pete gets washed and cut, Ashlee gets wasted’
Again, don’t believe any of these reports before they’re confirmed by Ashlee and/or Pete. I am just keeping you up to date with the latest reports, rumors and news.
Taking time out of his busy Twittering schedule, the Fall Out Boy rocker spent nearly two hours getting his hair cut and styled at the Cottage Hair Studio in Beverly Hills yesterday (June 15).
So where was wife Ashlee Simpson? Likely getting drunk if recent reports are to be believed.
The Melrose Place actress has allegedly “reverted” to drinking as she is unhappy with her life. Sources say Ashlee’s marriage to Pete is nearly on the rocks and she uses drinking as an “outlet for her unhappiness.”
“She is reverting to drinking and going out, because she is sick and tired of her life. This is an outlet for her unhappiness. It’s a bad situation, and Pete is getting fed up,” says a source.
Another source reveals some of Ashlee’s unhappiness comes from her constant responsibility to 7-month-old son Bronx. “Ashlee loves motherhood but misses her life without responsibility,” an insider claims.
Could this possibly explain her recent outburst towards Pete’s ex flame, Michelle Trachtenberg?
